Goals

To create an easy-to-use interface to track disabled people in a community, and provide them with a reasonable level of security within their environment.

1. Provide means for tracking students for use in billing, saftey (e.g. fire, natural disaster, etc.), scheduling
2. Provide an easy-to-use interface(s) so that divergent groups can use information gained from tracking system to further improve efficiency, quality of service, and safety
3. Ensure the system is both reliable and secure
4. System should have positive return on investment over the course of its life span
