The Disciplinarian is responsible for ensuring each team member carries out his or her responsibilities in a timely manner. All personnel matters should be resolved through the Disciplinarian. This officer is also in charge of bringing forward any serious issues, such as firings, to the remainder of the team should such issues arise.
