The Leader is responsible for ensuring team meetings stay on task. This officer should be highly familiar with each aspect of the project and should be able to provide assistance to other team members as necessary. The Leader should make a serious attempt to attend each team meeting, so that he or she remains up to date with all aspects of the project.
