The Status Monitor is responsible for monitoring the development rate of the project. This person will maintain a schedule of each individual project task and will set deadlines as necessary toward the goal of completing each phase of the project on time. The Status Monitor may at times report to the Disciplinarian individuals that repeatedly neglect the schedule the team has set.
