Design Change Management

Until the development of the system has been completed, the customer must be able to change any aspects of the system. However, as changes can involve potentially large or fundamental changes to the design, a process must be carried out to implement the new design as efficiently and quickly as possible, without introducing new errors to the system. To begin the design change process, the customer must fill out and send in a Software Request Change Form, given below.
