Problem Statement

The Center for Handicapped Children requires a system for tracking the location and activity of all teachers, therapists, and students. The system needed should be able to track location in real-time (on a minute-by-minute basis) and time stamp and store the information in a central location. This information needs to be accessible by the CHC for use in billing, payment for teachers and therapists, and security. Additionally, it must be secure, reliable, and easy to use. The system should be expandable to be used in other locations or for other purposes. The system must be usable by all students and personnel at CHC, regardless of handicap or disability. It should be manageable by current CHC employees after a reasonable training period.
